I like them well enough, they just dont feel like a 10/10. I currently use them for my daytime exploration setup. Im about 200 hours in (still havent even met the railroad or institute XD) and have plenty of road goggles. Or, of course, you can always do the ol' "player.additem a81b0" if you're not allergic to the console or something. Be warned, it might take a long time even there. Those guys keep being reset periodically. The only place where they're guaranteed to spawn is on Zoe, at the beginning of the Automatron DLC quest arc, but that doesn't help you if you don't have the DLC.Īlternately, you can keep visiting the Pillars Of The Community sect, until someone spawns those glasses. For that specific scenario, I'd go with the vanilla Road Goggles, especially since they combine perfectly with a bandana.
if you're going to put a bandana under it anyway, I gather essentially you want some form of goggles. (and sorry if this is in the wrong forum, please move it if it is or let me know and ill do my best to figure out how to move it) I do not have any of the DLC so anything that is in those or requires those is out of the question for now :/ I may end up using only the WT goggles when he/she releases an update where i can toggle the NV with a key). I am currently using the road goggles and West Tech night vision goggles (for when I need night vision. I just dont feel "bada**" enough when people can see my bright beautiful green and blue sparkly eyes when im about to shoot them. This playthrough though I am requiring myself to wear a hood (of some form) and a bandanna. The plan is to put it with a wrapped cap and a bandanna for a look similar to that of the assault gas mask (I always loved the NCR Ranger look). I am looking for something that is an eye slot only. I've browsed pages upon pages on the nexus and just cant seem to find anything besides glasses while im looking for more of a mask type thing (think NCR helmet or assault gas mask). I was wondering if anyone had any nice eyewear mods theyd recommend.
